Pending Orders shows orders with a pending status. It gives staff a focused queue for orders that still need attention.

  • Order ID
  • Customer name
  • Package or service
  • Price
  • Order date
  • Pending status
Use the View Order action to open the full order detail page. Start here when a customer asks why an order has not been completed yet.
